High Performance Frying Oil (HPFO) and Cooking Oil

HPFO is a specially produced industrial frying oil using selected raw material and under stringent quality control processes, with guaranteed oil quality at the point of arrival. It gives superior performance through extended frying life of the oil and longer shelf life of finished products. This product gives long term cost savings to users. Consultation on HPFO usage and handling is available to all HPFO customers via Cargill Oil Management Program.

Cooking Oil

Cargill produces several brands of cooking oil like Olina, Palma, Baladi, Li Ming, Dawn, Wawasan 2020, Waha, Oasis, Horizon and Umbrella. We also contract produce for customer's using their own brands.

Storage

It is essential to store the product in its original packing in a cool and dry condition away from direct sunlight and substance with strong odour.
