Hysoc

Premium grade butter replacer prepared from lauric oil and depending on the desired application is tailor-made as a complete cocoa butter substitute for coating of confectioneries in tropical climate, without the need of tempering.

Hysoc is excellent for

  • coating of biscuit and sweet confectioneries
  • filling for sweets, sandwiched biscuit
  • wafers
  • coffee whiteners, skim milk powder

The availability of Hysoc range with various melting points allows for the choice of the best replacer fat for the application desired.

Packaging

Hysoc is packed in polyethylene line cartons of 20kg, 25kg nett or in drums of 180kg or 190kg nett , 20metric tons flexibag or 20 metric tons isotanker.

Storage

It is essential that the product is stored in the original packing in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight or bright daylight.

Shipment

The packed product is shipped in 20ft containers which can hold either 800 or 1000 cartons equivalent to 20 metric tons nett or 96 drums or 1 unit of flexibag or isotanker.
